The Villa Additions is an elderly assisted living housing development for the Archdiocese of New Orleans. This development replaces a housing complex that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The project consists of a four-story masonry and stucco clad concrete structure with a total of 75 residential units on 12 acres of undeveloped property in St. Tammany Parish. The property is located on the north side of Gause Blvd. (US Hwy 190) and east of LA HWY 21. The development conforms to the replacement requirements set forth by FEMA, HUD and Archdiocese of New Orleans.
