Working with Wampold Development of Baton Rouge, Coleman Partners provided Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design services to covert the existing office building located at 144 Elk Street into 96 Loft Apartments units. As a feature of the design, the existing "bay" windows were removed and converted into individual balconies for all the units facing Elk and S. Rampart Streets. The building contains a 7 story garage on levels 2-8, which was fully restored. A pool, deck, arbor, and community entertainment room were added to the roof and penthouse structure. The project opened July 1, 2014.
