Working with Hotel Developers Desarrollos Hotelco of Caracas, Venezuela Coleman Partners is providing Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design Services to convert a previously project that fell into bankruptcy during construction into a Courtyard by Marriott. The project was originally designed to be individual condominium residences within a Hilton Development. These small two story Casita buildings are now being converted into individual buildings containing typically 4 hotel keys for a total of 144 keys. Bright colors found in Bonaire are being used to maintain the neighborhood feel of individual Casitas. Additional buildings are being added to house the standard Lobby, a pool Grill and Fitness Center, and a small Casino. Since the project is in a resort area amenities beyond a limited service hotel are being incorporated into the project. Future Phases of this development include an additional hotel, retail and residences. The project is scheduled to open in 2016.
