The law offices of Baker Donelson have relocated to the modernized top floor of Chase Tower North in downtown Baton Rouge, with incredible views of the Mississippi River and surrounding Capitol area. The tenant buildout on the 21st floor is efficiently planned to create more meeting space, increase the number of private attorney offices, and add a large breakroom that accommodates the entire staff. With floor to ceiling glass facades on meeting rooms, the use of daylighting was carefully considered to bring light to the core of the building making a healthier workspace for all staff. Additionally, attorneys’ offices feature floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors offering access to exterior balconies. Hospitality touches were planned throughout the build-out as it relates to furnishings, fixtures and fixed materials in the new contemporary office space.
