This 22,000 sq. ft., three-story office building, is the home of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and is located in the central business district of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The building houses the various office and administrative functions of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and will accommodate their expected growth over the next several years. In addition to traditional office functions, the building’s conference rooms and training room facilities are available to the local non-profit organizations for their use. The intent of the Owner was that this building should demonstrate that sustainable design issues can be incorporated into the built environment without sacrificing quality and can deliver the building within competitive market rate costs.
