Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club is the firm’s third major project on the island of Aruba. The project was developed in four phases and was built over a seven year time period. The resort has 450 two and three bedroom timeshare units, two feature pools with rock-scape and saltwater lagoon, amenities, a health club, and children’s activity area. The resort was built adjacent to Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club and Stellaris Resort and Casino, both designed by Coleman & Partners, and will share amenities with both of these projects. Phase One opened ahead of schedule in July of 2004; Phase Two opened in December 2005 on schedule. Phase Three recently finished construction and opened in October 2007.
