The Riffort Renaissance Curacao is a mixed-use development that combines approximately 450,000 square feet of new construction with the historic Riffort built at the entrance to the natural harbor of Curacao. The project consists of a 250-room renaissance hotel that is combined with retail shopping, a casino, a six-plex cinema, small amounts of offices, and a 600-car structured parking garage. The project is located in Willemstad, Curacao, on the Otrobonda overlooking the historic view of Punda. The project sits on the Caribbean at the entrance to the natural harbor of Curacao. The project is being designed under the design guidelines established by Willemstad for the Otrobonda district.

Coleman Partners Architects, LLC is also providing all Interior Design Services for the 235 key Renaissance Curacao Resort. In addition to all Guestrooms and Suites, we also provided interior design for the lobby, restaurant, lobby bar, executive lounge, and meeting spaces. The lobby incorporates the new Marriott “Great Room” concept with bright primary colors native to Curacao which was used throughout the hotel. An “artist showroom gallery” concept was also used throughout the public spaces where prominent pieces of glass and other art works are displayed throughout.
