Located near the geographic center of the capital city, the Baton Rouge Community College Master Plan covers approximately 60 acres. The campus has over 1.1 million sf of building space consisting of both new and renovated academic, administrative, and related facilities all arranged around two central quadrangles. Coleman Partners Architects, LLC was commissioned to provide the Master Plan, Architecture and Engineering for all work associated with the Five Year Plan of the Baton Rouge Community College Master Plan.

Some of the buildings that have been completed on the BRCC campus by Coleman Partners Architects, LLC are as follows:

- Governors building, 55,000 sf, includes classrooms and administrative offices
- Magnolia building, 75,000 sf, includes performing arts center, art gallery, computer center and library
- Cypress building, 61,000 sf, includes science laboratories and medical training facilities
- LCTCS Headquarters
- Bienvenue Student Center, 50,000 sf, includes food court, student affairs and student government offices, book store and game room

The Baton Rouge Community College continues to thrive as one of the area’s most valuable educational assets.
