Coleman Partners Architects, LLC developed the master plan for Louisiana Delta Community College that will support the campus for the next several years. The master plan for this facility estimates that total student enrollment through analysis of the regions existing population and growth trends. Also, using this estimated student enrollment figures and current educational standards, the plan establishes a minimum amount of square footage of facilities needed to complete the campus. Finally, the master plan provides guidelines for the quality of spaces needed and how they should be arranged within an overall “campus” within the northeastern Louisiana academic context. When completed, this plan is intended to present a framework for the development of the physical environment that DCC would become. The master plan has been shaped by an understanding of census and regional/cultural data.

Delta Community College is located and serves the northeastern portion of Louisiana.
