This master plan titled “Master Plan 2025” outlines a framework for development of approximately 411,500 square feet of academic, faculty, and support spaces along with 1,340 parking spaces. It provides for 7 primary and 2 secondary building sites, two major campus entrances, and one large signature landscaped open space. This plan is intended to accommodate up to 7,500 students. The site, located adjacent to the Lafayette Technical School near the University of Louisiana - Lafayette encompasses over 37 acres. The master plan dealt with existing, towering live oak trees as well as a major drainage waterway, in creating an academic campus in the Southern tradition.
