Working with developers Desarrollos Hotelco of Caracas, Venezuela, Coleman partners is designing the new Ritz Carlton Resort and Residences which will be located on Grace Bay in Providenciales. The project will feature luxury Ritz Carlton Guestrooms and Suites, Rental Condominium units, and nine exclusive Penthouse private residences. Future Phases of the project include two additional Residential Towers. The building is designed to combine clean contemporary lines with architecture indigenous to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
