Coleman Partners Architects was hired by the City of Baker School System for the renovation of various facilities throughout the Baker High School Campus. The project included the construction of a new stadium field house, the replacement of the exterior door and window systems, the installation of the new ceilings, new energy efficient interior lighting, and a new intercom system and security system.
Much of this work was completed during the summer of 2013. The remaining work was completed after school hours in the early fall of 2013. The renovation of the performing arts auditorium was begun in early September 2013 and completed in early 2014.
At the owner's request, these packages were bid separately and the total design time for this work was limited to 9 weeks.
