Coleman Partners Architects, LLC is seeking an Architectural Design Professional in Baton Rouge, LA.
Duties: Assist design professionals with programming and conceptual designs of buildings. Create Schematic Design documents. Provide support to licensed architects and partners in creating construction documents. Assist design professionals and architects with preliminary estimates on cost and construction time. Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans. Assist architects in use of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and building information modeling (BIM) for creating designs and construction drawings. Assist designed professionals with creating marketing materials and preparing for presentations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related. Must be able to provide architectural portfolio upon request before interview and proof of REVIT competency. Full-time.

Project Architect
Baton Rouge / New Orleans / Houston

We’re looking for experienced Project Architects in our Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Houston offices.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a Project Manager / Principal in Charge, lead the production and coordination of comprehensive construction document packages, including specifications
- Assist the Project Manager with the management of internal project teams, coordination of consultants, and the development of project schedules and cost estimates
- Perform project-specific code analysis for projects and cultivate continued knowledge of applicable building codes.
- Understanding and implementation of building technology and systems, working within industry and company-specific drawing standards
- Ability to work individually or within a team on the development of project designs
- Assist Construction Administration staff in the CA phase of the project as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Architectural Licensure Required
- 5+ Years Experience
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
- Experience in the development of Construction Documents across a range of project and construction types.
