Coleman Partners Architects, LLC renovated the previous “Beta” Hotel, on the Island of Aruba, into the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Ownership Resort. The project is located adjacent to the Aruba Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino, also by Coleman Partners Architects, LLC. The resort presented several challenges including converting the existing small room bays into workable time-share units, improving the appearance of an unattractive existing façade, and integrating the new project within the existing amenities of the existing hotel.
