Licensed in 2007, Mr. Guilbeau has served as Project Architect on numerous Corporate, Educational, large scale Residential and Community projects ranging from master planning and small building renovations to complete high rise design, documentation and construction. Corporate Experience on several projects including a 45,000 SF interior renovation for a large Baton Rouge law firm, a 78,000 SF office building, a pilot ’ s lounge for local regional airport, facility renovations for Lighthouse for the Blind Bat on Rouge, and a business park conversion of an existing 500,000+ sf mall complex. Mr. Guilbeau also has experience with the firm working on a wide array of buildings from Pre-K to University level, as well as large scale residential, both locally and abroad.
As a LEED® accredited architect, Mr. Guilbeau is dedicated to managing jobs efficiently, effectively and on budget. His extensive architectural experiences, from historical renovations and high - end residential to educational and professional, have allowed him an understanding of various building archetypes and appropriate applications to each. Mr. Guilbeau strives to deliver thoughtful, progressive environments, meeting and exceeding client expectations and goals.
