AC Lewis YMCA – Point at Mid City is a transformative mixed-use development in the heart of Baton Rouge. This project builds on the YMCA’s long history of providing integrated housing by including 100 modern, energy-efficient apartment units, designed to accommodate working class individuals and families.
Placed predominantly on S. Foster, the new AC Lewis YMCA builds on its 60+ years of history by providing a full-service fitness and wellness facility featuring a state-of-the-art gym, group exercise studios, sauna & steam room, locker rooms, and three outdoor swimming pools. The YMCA is open to both residents and the public, promoting community health, accessibility, and engagement.
