Project Overview

Currently belonging to Placid Refinery, this 22,000 sq. ft., three-story office building was constructed to provide a new home for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, and is located in the central business district of Downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The building houses various office and administrative spaces and was successfully planned to accommodate BRAF’s expected growth potential.

In addition to traditional office functions, the building’s conference rooms and training facilities were designed to be available to the local non-profit organizations for their use.

Utilizing then new “Green Building Concepts”, this Pre-LEED building demonstrates that sustainable design concepts can be incorporated into the built environment without sacrificing quality, all while delivering an exceptional building within competitive market rates.
