The Governors Building is the first facility built on the BRCC campus. This 55,000 sq. ft. facility was designed to accommodate the early transitional needs of the new college. The initial design provided for all of the needs for the initial college Administration, Library, Student Services as well as classroom and laboratory spaces. As the campus has grown, the facility has now been renovated to house the Executive Administrative offices for BRCC and the balance of the building was renovated and converted into classroom and other academic spaces.
