Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club is the firm’s third major project on the island of Aruba. The project was developed in four phases and was built over a seven-year period. The resort has 450 two- and three-bedroom timeshare units located within three, 14-story buildings, two of which feature pools with rock-scape and a saltwater lagoon, amenities, a health club, and children’s activity area. The resort was built adjacent to Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club and Stellaris Resort and Casino, both designed by Coleman Partners, and shares amenities with both projects. The three-phase project was completed in October 2007.
