Project Overview

Working with Oppenheim Architecture + Design of Miami, Florida, Coleman Partners Architects, LLC created a new overall look and feel for the Marriott Vacations Worldwide brand that will lead them in to the 21st Century. The look is cleaner, less cluttered, and less expensive to build. The Marco Island project consists of the renovation of the former Marco Island Radisson Hotel in which two of the four existing Towers were demolished; the remaining two towers were gutted to the shell structure and totally redone. Two additional Towers and a Parking garage were also constructed.
