In 2018, Taylor Wellons Politz & Duhe renovated their Baton Rouge offices, and later expanded to the New Orleans area by leasing the entire 20th floor of a Poydras Street Highrise Building. Coleman Partners Architects was once again enlisted to create a modern law office layout that departed from traditional design. The inviting lobby features sleek finishes and warm wood tones, leading to glass-walled offices and conference rooms with direct views of the New Orleans Superdome and Downtown Central Business District. Additionally, the office area includes a large training room, smaller meeting areas, and a spacious break room for employees.
