In order to meet client request to provide a new, modern aesthetic for their relocated Baton Rouge location (one of 12 across the South East region), Coleman Partners designed an updated skin for Vermeer Texas-Louisiana’s sales and maintenance prototype.
This new ground-up facility was created to replace an existing building lost to floods that ravaged the region in 2016. Updating the prototype’s symmetrical gables and stacked river-rock siding with natural Louisiana Cypress and contemporary metal cladding, Vermeer’s Baton Rouge branch uses local materials to break the traditional mold of pre-engineered metal buildings.
